    • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days after dispatch.

    • Non-Metro Areas: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote Locations: Delivery may take up to 10 business days.

  • Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to third-party carriers, weather, or customs are beyond our control.

We partner with reliable third-party courier services (e.g., Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post) to ensure safe and timely delivery.


5. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

6. Order Tracking

  • Track your order directly on the courier’s website or contact us for assistance.


7. Delivery Issues

  • Failed Delivery: If the courier cannot deliver due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal, the order will return to us. You will be refunded the product cost minus shipping fees.

  • Damaged/Missing Items: Report issues within 48 hours of delivery. Provide photos/videos of damaged packaging/products to [info@akremah.com].


8. Address Accuracy

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • To modify an address, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order.


9. International Orders (if applicable)

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We do not guarantee delivery timelines for international shipments due to customs clearance processes.
