Refund and Returns Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to nuts, spices, and related products sold on www.akremah.com. Due to the perishable nature of these items, returns/refunds are strictly limited to the conditions below.


2. Eligibility for Returns/Refunds

We accept returns/refunds only under these conditions:

  1. Non-Consumable Quality:

    • The product is damaged, spoiled, or unfit for consumption (e.g., contamination, pests, expired).

    • You must report the issue within 7 days of delivery and provide photo/video proof.

  2. Order Cancellation Before Delivery:

    • You cancel the order before it is dispatched from our warehouse.


3. Non-Returnable Scenarios

Returns/refunds are NOT allowed for:

  • Change of mind or dislike of taste/texture.

  • Products opened, partially used, or improperly stored.

  • Minor variations in color/texture due to natural ingredients.

  • Orders canceled after dispatch or during transit.


4. Return Process

  1. Report the Issue:

    • Email info@akremah.com with your order number, product details, and proof (photos/videos) within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Approval:

    • Our team will review the case within 3-5 business days.

    • If approved, we will provide return instructions or issue a refund.

  3. Refund Method:

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval.


5. Order Cancellation

  • Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Cancel via your account or email us before the order is processed.

  • Post-Dispatch Cancellation: Cancellations after dispatch are not permitted.
